As a community partner, the Foundation primarily works to ensure unique childcare requirements are met, so parents of children with disabilities are empowered to maintain employment and facilities are equipped with what is required for the child to participate safely.

Empowering parents of children with disabilities to re-enter and remain in the workforce.

The primary mission of the
PVHM Foundation is to provide:

  • Financial funding to facilities, allowing the procurement of additional staff to safely support a child due to individual medical, behavioral or physical needs.
  • Financial funding to working parents giving them the ability to hire an in-home care provider during work hours.

Secondary to financial funding for additional staff, the Foundation is able to provide individual or group training related to medical procedures, behavioral approaches, understanding autism, medical diagnosis, or educational impairments, at no cost to parents or the facility.
